After 40 years in the real estate industry, including leading the number one real estate office in Canada, Jamie walked away from a career he had spent decades building. Because it no longer fit who he was becoming.

He had spent the majority of his career managing, leading, and developing agents. But it was in the coaching conversations, the ones where something shifted for the person sitting across from him, that he found what he was actually built for.

That realization led him to launch the Be Do Have Movement alongside his daughter Jacklyn. Today Jamie works exclusively with real estate agents who are ready to break through whatever ceiling is keeping them from the business and life they are capable of building.

Jacklyn spent her early career in the advertising industry in Toronto. Long hours, low pay, and a creeping sense that she was building someone else's dream. It was her dad's six-month coaching program that changed everything.

The work went deeper than she expected. It was not about productivity hacks or goal lists. It helped her identify the beliefs running underneath her decisions and rewire how she operated at her core. One morning, sitting in a parking lot in downtown Toronto before another day she did not want to face, her body made the decision her mind had been avoiding. She quit and never looked back.

She went on to become a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy, tools she now understands intimately from the inside out. Today Jacklyn runs the brand, marketing, and operations behind Be Do Have Movement, and is the strategic force that keeps the mission moving forward.
