long-term habits.

#1 Make The Decision

Here is the hard truth: new productive habits won't happen until you made the decisive decision to commit to the process. 

Example: You want to prime yourself for success each day by carving out 1-hour before you have to deal with work. 

Action: Stop saying you "want to" and start using language that supports aligned action such as saying "I will do this at this time starting at this date".

#2 Build The System

 Set yourself up for success by planning for your new routine. Set up a cue to get you in action for this new habit. Prep in advance and ensure everything is ready to go to make the new routine you are creating simple. 

Example: To revolutionize your day carve out time for yourself and commit to showing up for yourself. 

Action: Prepare for this new routine the night before and drink a glass immediately in the morning to get your body into action. 

 #3 Celebrate Your Success

Routines are built to make your life easier. Schedules help you say focused so you can have free time in your life. 

Example: Commit to creating your 5-Star Morning based on the time you have for yourself. Take action for 1-week and pick 1 way you can celebrate when you achieve this new intention.
