5 STEPS, HABITS OR STRATEGIES 

Whatever you want to call them, it's 5 simple activities that will transform your life. 

These are ALWAYS easier said than done but why not start with 1? Then add 1 more. And before you know it you won't even recognize the person you are anyone. 

So let's dive in here...

STEP 1: MAKE YOUR TO-DO LIST THE NIGHT BEFORE

There is nothing worse than scrambling in the morning. If you only choose one single thing to implement, make it this habit because this will be a game-changer for you. Just start by writing out the top 3 tasks that you need to get done tomorrow to ensure a successful day. 

STEP 2: WAKE UP EARLIER 

Chances are you have already tried this before. Yet the thing is, your morning can turn out to be a real self-care ritual. Once you get into the groove of it, this gives you an hour to do something just for you. Plus you're operating with prime energy and clear focus. (TIP: get up on the first alarm without hitting snooze - this will save you!)

STEP 3: TIME BLOCK YOUR SCHEDULE 

This category is pretty divided and you may find yourself to be either an over-scheduler or a never-scheduler. So you may need to slow down with the scheduling or maybe you are simply going to start. Just pick 3 high-priority tasks for the day. Start there and nail that down before adding on anything else. We promise this does absolute wonders!

STEP 4: INCREASE YOUR WATER INTAKE 

Increase your water, not your coffee. Just making sure you read that properly because we all know the only time we crave a glass of H20 is when we are absolutely parched. Yet, starting with a glass first thing in the morning may just be the baby step you need to get that initial push. Our bodies need water to survive and the difference in your energy will be absolutely incredible! 

STEP 5: UNPLUG BEFORE BED 

At least 60 minutes before! This is the mindset trick to prepare for to wind down. This will set your next day for success, keep you healthy and focused. Plus airplane mode works like a charm to avoid all distracting alerts and it always helps if you keep your phone on the other side of the room. 

Pick one step and just focus on being consistent.
